The MeerStack mobile app, in preview

On-call in your pocket: an inbox for pages and approvals, a live incident view with dollars at risk, and your shifts.

We are testing the MeerStack app for iOS and Android against our demo environment. It is not in the App Store or Google Play yet.

    • Inbox. Pages, approvals and everything that needs you in one list, with the same counts as the web console. Swipe to acknowledge.
    • Incident view. Dollars at risk ticking live, Meer’s answer with its evidence and the query behind every number, the fault path and the timeline. Acknowledge, escalate, resolve or add a note. Meer’s proposed fix is visible now; approving it from your phone comes next.
    • On-call. See whether you are on call and until when, your shifts for the next 14 days, who is on call for each team, and take a shift or ask for cover.
    • Pages that reach you. Push pages with lock-screen actions. A locked screen shows only the severity and the affected service. If a push is not accepted, MeerStack falls back to SMS. When you sign out, you choose whether to keep receiving pages.
    • Secure sign-in. Each phone gets its own short-lived session, and an administrator can sign out any phone remotely.

    Incident replay

Freeze an incident and play it back for a review, a postmortem or a teammate who missed it.

    • Replay tab. Every incident now has a Replay tab that plays back what happened, step by step, from a frozen snapshot that does not change as new data arrives.
    • Export a short video of the replay for a postmortem or a status update.
    • Share safely. Share links redact sensitive values, and you can send a replay straight to Slack or Lark.
    • API
    • Meer AI

Safer API writes and sharper root cause

Retry API writes without duplicates, and root-cause analysis that puts hard GPU faults first.

    • Safe retries. Send an Idempotency-Key header with any API request that changes data. If the request is retried, MeerStack applies it once.
    • Root cause, ranked better. When a GPU fails outright, Meer now ranks that hardware fault first in its evidence.
    • One definition of dollars at risk. Every page, chart and answer now uses the same money-at-risk calculation.
    • Cleaner incident text. Incident titles and descriptions no longer show raw template variables.

A new interface, in light and dark

An answer-first home, a clearer incident view and Ask Meer with citations.

The web console has a new look, with light and dark themes and a reduced-effects option.

    • Answer-first home. Home opens with what matters now: the lead incident, Meer’s answer and the dollars at risk, with the numbers consistent across every card.
    • Incident detail. See how a fault spread, the evidence behind it and the business impact. Approve a proposed fix and roll it back if needed, without waiting for the page to reload.
    • Ask Meer. Answers now cite their sources and suggest follow-up questions.
    • Monitors. A side panel for details, keyboard shortcuts, and bulk mute or unmute with undo.
    • Console

    Faster ways around the console

A navigation rail, ⌘K search for pages and objects, and saved views.

    • Navigation rail with flyout menus for every domain.
    • ⌘K quick navigation. Jump to any page or favourite, or search hosts, services and other objects by name. Keyboard shortcuts work across the console, and Ask Meer docks beside the page you are on.
    • Saved views. On list pages, search and filters live in the URL, and you can save a view and come back to it.
    • What’s New and Integrations. A What’s New panel in the console, and a catalog of the integrations you can connect.
